Summer will soon be past and the Harvest will come! Don’t forget this year’s (2005) Harvest Festival Weekend. Saturday evening will be a chance to get together, enjoy good food and let our hair down as we entertain each other at the Harvest Supper. We need sketches, poems, readings, live music, etc, etc, etc. We also need food. What is your favourite dish? Whatever cuisine, Caribbean, English, Polish, African, whatever, if you can make it we can eat it! . Speak to our administrator, Joan, if you are willing and able. Speak to us before we speak to you!! As usual, there will be a special service on Sunday morning. Gifts of nonperishable food will be welcome then of course, but our main Harvest giving will be, as in previous years, a special collection for our support for the Wider Church projects that we promise to help at this time of year.
