Meeting Room 3: Howard Room

There are three meeting rooms available to hire, all located on the ground floor. These rooms are called the Ashville Room, Fillebrook Room and Howard Room.

Room Descriptions

The Howard Room has a carpeted floor and is located just off the church concourse, next to the kitchen. There is a service flap between the Ashville Room and the kitchen area which can be used or kept folded away discreetly. The wall between the Howard Room and the Concourse is made of movable patricians which can be opened out. There are also glass fire doors in this room which lead out to the car park. There is a high quality speaker in the room connecting it to the main sound system with a designated volume control to allow music to be played or for the use of a microphone. The room also includes a small, fully working organ. (Consider hiring with the Concourse)

You will be contacted by our Administrator within 7 days to confirm hire conditions, availability, price and to arrange to take a deposit. No bookings are confirmed until this is complete.

The more flexible you can be the more likely we will be able to accommodate your booking. When booking the times please include your set up and clear away times into this booking. We expect all users to leave the building as they found it so this may include sweeping or mopping the floors depending on the nature of your event.
